Growbax is a leaf dwelling consortium of bacillus spp Bactria which grow very well on leaf surface, thus it creates competition for limited space available on leaves. This competition helps in having good control over various diseases.

Growbax is useful for lowering chemical pesticides residue:

In export capable farm produce, its very important to keep MRL of various pesticides below the stipulated range. Growbax, since a leaf dwelling bacillus spp bacteria, are capable of using nitrogen and phosphorus from pesticide residues as energy source. When Growbax use nitrogen and phosphorus contained in various pesticides(Insecticide and Fungicide) as energy source, it transforms the chemical structure of original harmful pesticide to a new structure, and during a course of time, total residue is lowered to a considerable level, thus making farm produce safe for all.

Various trials were conducted in Table grapes intended for export, results showed that Growbax is capable of reducing harmful residues by 60 to 80% in terms of lowering MRL level as well as number of molecules detected.
